There are several other factors to good steering, a huge one being the gearbox. The parts we use are from Red head steering gears, or custom made units when needed from AGR Steerco.

You’ll know that you need a new steering gear if you can turn the steering wheel side to side without actually moving the truck of turning the wheels.
